What’s Covered
✔ Lifetime Craftsmanship Coverage: If a workmanship or structural defect appears under normal use, we’ll repair or replace the affected component for as long as you own your shed.
✔ Durable, Proven Materials: We use pressure-treated lumber, LP SmartSide siding, and engineered roof systems designed for strength, longevity, and weather resistance.
✔ Strong Rooflines & Secure Doors: Your shed should stay square, close smoothly, and protect your belongings season after season; without sagging, leaking, or warping.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Coverage Scope
- This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or structural integrity that result from improper construction or
assembly under normal use conditions. Coverage remains valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the
structure, provided it has been properly installed, maintained, and used as intended.
Manufacturer Warranties
- Materials such as LP SmartSide siding, metal roofing, and architectural shingles are covered separately by their
manufacturer warranties. Yoder’s will assist in facilitating those claims if needed.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal weathering, fading, or cosmetic wear.
• Damage from improper site prep, unlevel foundations, or blocked drainage.
• Damage from neglect, misuse, modification, or alteration of the structure.
• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God (wind, hail, fire, flood, etc.).
• Ground contact, water damage, or corrosion caused by improper placement or lack of maintenance.
Remedy
At Yoder’s discretion, we will repair or replace the affected component found to have a verified workmanship
defect. This warranty does not include reimbursement for labor performed by others, loss of use, or incidental/consequential damages.

• Full name and shed serial number (if available)
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem and any prior service history
We’ll review the claim and schedule a repair or replacement if covered under this warranty.
